My Story

My journey began in finance, but after having children I realized I wanted something more aligned with who I truly am: a career where I could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

I’ve always been fascinated by nutrition and psychology, and when I discovered Nutrition Coaching - a field that blends foundational nutrition with behavior-change strategies - I knew I had found my calling.

Because let’s be honest: most of our food choices aren’t about knowing what’s “healthy” or not. They’re about how we feel, how we cope, and what’s happening in our lives. That’s the part I love working on.

Today, I work primarily with women in their 40s and 50s. And here’s what I’ve learned: if you ask a woman to “just make a salad with dinner” when she hasn’t slept, doesn’t feel like herself, and her partner is driving her crazy - she’s not making that salad.

Early on, I discovered that to truly support women, I needed to become highly knowledgeable about menopause because understanding its impact is essential to helping women feel better and thrive. Nutrition only matters if it translates into real, practical, doable actions.

My role is to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.

That’s why, when you work with me, we’ll talk about menopause symptoms, sleep, stress, your environment, and, importantly, your mindset.

Because how you think about a situation can completely change the outcome. I don’t believe in relying on motivation or willpower; those are fleeting. Instead, I focus on evidence-based solutions that help women feel better, advocate for themselves in the medical system, and reclaim their energy and confidence.
